Within this role, you will undertake electrical testing in commercial properties to create EICR reports for any remedial works identified.

Main responsibilities

  • To work individually or as part of a team undertaking high quality inspection and testing within commercial premises.
  • To comply with BS7671 standards and company standards of work performance, ensuring implementation and compliance within electrical policies and procedures.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Attend Toolbox Talks in house training on a monthly basis (or as and when required).
  • Utilise both our CRM system and reporting software to accurately record electrical documentation.
  • You will be expected to carry out electrical condition reporting providing details of any observations located.
  • Liaise with clients on site externally and members of our supply chain.

About you

To be successful in the role of Electrical Testing Engineer, you will need:

  • To demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customers and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to working, you should be able and willing to work overtime to cover workloads during busy periods.
  • You should be hard-working, conscientious commercial Electrician that takes satisfaction from delivering a great service to our prestigious client base.
  • To hold relevant experience and qualifications including: NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing or equivalent
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Full driving licence
  • 18th edition ideally – however, 18th edition and asbestos awareness courses can be offered at our in house training centre.

This role will involve the oversight of electrical testing carried out by engineers to ensure all works are completed to the best possible standard and the best delivery of service to our customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Carrying out on site audits of EICR’s prior to being submitted to our customers
  • Managing materials for our engineers, making sure they have all of the materials required
  • Providing technical assistance for any issues that may arise from engineers on site
  • Following up and providing feedback to our engineers to ensure they are completing the job to the best possible standard
  • Providing quotes for potential work as requested, pricing and sending out within allocated time frame
  • Customer liaison as required – you will be the point of contact for any clients calling into the office with any urgent updates or cases requiring immediate attention as required.

About you

To be successful in the role of Electrical NICEIC Quality Supervisor you will need:

  • To demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative and to deadlines

Main responsibilities

  • To work individually or as part of a team undertaking high quality installation work on commercial and industrial premises
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Attend Toolbox Talks in house training on a monthly basis (or as and when required).
  • Utilise both our CRM system and reporting software to accurately record electrical documentation.
  • Liaise with clients on site externally and members of our supply chain.

  • To demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customers and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to working, you should be able and willing to work overtime to cover workloads during busy periods.
  • You should be hard-working, conscientious commercial Electrician that takes satisfaction from delivering a great service to our prestigious client base.
  • To hold relevant experience and qualifications including: NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365
  • 18th edition
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Full driving licence

Due to planned growth and continued success, a fantastic opportunity is now available to join our fantastic team as a Portable Appliances Testing (PAT) Service Engineer within commercial and industrial premises.

Ideally you will be City & Guilds qualified, however if you do not have the relevant experience but are motivated, enthusiastic & have experience, or a keen interest, in the electrical industry, for the right candidate training will be provided. You will need to have customer service skills, attention to detail, take pride in your work, and be a good communicator. You will also need to hold a full UK driving licence & have access to your own vehicle to get to our client’s sites.

We will provide your equipment, uniform and a pension. Accommodation and out of town allowance when travelling away from home, paid holiday, mileage, travel time and expenses.

The role

As a member of our housing team, you will be responsible for sending valuations and invoicing to our clients. By doing this, you will help us deliver the highest quality service. On time. Whatever the assignment. You will carefully gather information from our engineers reports in order to create accurate valuations and invoices. You will work closely with our housing manager and finance team to ensure all queries are handled. Our housing team members help our engineers get to where they are needed, when they’re needed. That’s just our thing!

  • Strictly working to deadlines to send valuations to clients on agreed dates/time.
  • Gather engineers reports for the valuation
  • Update the valuation google sheet to communicate with the verification team when reports are collected and ready to verify
  • Provide updates to your Line Manager by filling in the valuation document daily
  • Full understanding and utilisation of Eworks
  • Assist the Housing Commercial Manager in any queries with draft invoicing and KPI’s
  • Client meetings to be attended when needed

About you

On time. Whatever the assignment. Our Planning team members help our engineers get to where they are needed, when they’re needed. That’s just our thing!

Main responsibilities

  • Working with your own group of electrical engineers booking their testing appointments
  • Using your excellent customer service skills to contact our customers and inform of, or confirm their booking
  • Using the latest and most efficient reporting and booking technology to confirm on- site information and timings on our planning system
  • Using your fantastic problem-solving skills to keep our engineer travel time to a minimum, ensuring that we are as efficient as we can be
  • Working with the wider planning team to prioritise and organise urgent works when required
